Please contact Amazon directly to process your return -- of course, please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns (866-760-TOYS).
IF WE DIRECTLY MAILED YOUR ORDER:
We will gladly refund the amount of your purchase for any reason as long as:
1. You email within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for a Return Number
2. The item(s) is returned to us within 21 days
3. The item(s) is in the same condition as when you received them
We will refund your return shipping charges if the item(s) is:
1. Not as described (wrong item)
2. The wrong condition
Otherwise, any return shipping charges will need to be paid by you.
If an item arrives damaged in shipping, please email us for resolution - depending on the situation and the severity of the damage, we will refund or replace the item.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
Should an item need to be returned, all we ask you to do is:
1. Email us at mikeo@bullmarkettoys.com within 7 days of receipt - we will work to resolve your situation as soon as we can and provide you with a "return number" if needed.
2. Send the item back to us unopened in the same condition you received it to (we must receive within 21 days of your receipt):
