I didn't expect much but still...Jan 07, 2009 Disappointing, really, really, disappointing. It's not that it's a bad toy as such but the list of minor niggles add up. Considering the character it's based on (TF fans will know) and the Classic/Universe line this should have been so much better. It's fine to use an old mold (see my review of Blades for example) but the colour scheme doesn't lend it's self to the design at all. The transformation is too simple and a mistake like, in robot mode, he has no way to store the rifle except in his hands, which are then blocked by the key activated weaponry, is just plain stupid.
Pros
- Awesome weapon systems
- It's another Decpeticon which the line is sorely lacking
- That's it
Cons
- Brown tracks? Really?
- Awesome weapon system slightly ruined by dumb design
- It's a repaint of a Cybertron figure, it's nothing new.
- Oh and it's not even had the 'Cyber-key' changed to a Decepticon one. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Overall poor, but for $6.99 he's filled a gap on my shelf. At the back. Behind bigger and better figures.

Well built and very easy to transformDec 29, 2008 We have gotten some transformers recently that were not well made, but this one is. It also is very easy to transform, which makes it nicer for younger kids both in that they won't be running to you for help as much and because they won't be breaking it as easily trying to twist it in the wrong directions trying to transform it back and forth.

Don't loose the keyDec 28, 2008 My kids (4 and 6) were excited to get these for X-mas. (I bought two from the series.) My 6-year old picked this as the one toy to take with him to the family get-to-gether.
The transformation from truck to robot is prety cool, but a little over their heads. The toys seem a little fragile, but so far (3 days) they are holding up fine.
The one thing that worries me is that both came with a key to open up the weapon systems that is likely to get lost. It seems that you would be able to jam something else in the slot to open the chamber, but that would wreck some of the fun. Also, the projectiles will likely get lost, but you could still play with the toy without them.
I think they were worth the discounted price.

Disappointed CustomerDec 10, 2008 This toy should be discontinued. The quality check(QC) is very bad. I purchased it from Amazon but I found it was defective. I requested an replacement but had the same problem. Don't waste your money.
